How to request deletion of your data
You can ask Gurzu Inc. to delete the data associated with your Emitii account or workspace at any time.
To request deletion, either:
- Email info@emitii.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request", or
- Use the in-app option under Settings (if available in your workspace).
Please include your account email and workspace name so we can locate your data. We may verify your identity before proceeding.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete the personal and workspace data we hold for you, including account details, connected-channel tokens, stored messages and attachments, and AI interaction data, subject to the exceptions below.
Timeline
Deletion is normally completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backups are purged on their normal rotation (up to 90 days).
Exceptions
We may retain limited data where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements. Such data is deleted once no longer required.
Disconnecting WhatsApp / channels
Disconnecting a channel revokes or removes its stored access tokens and stops new data collection for that channel. Previously stored data is deleted on request as above.
